Yes it is Kyouya from Ouran High School Host Club.
The outfit is my design and just something I thought he might wear. That coat is turning out to be a signature of mine >.< I have a coat that is the exact same cut and style but it is black haha
Well, I TRIED to make him dark XD But it just turned out lighter and I liked it a lot better than if he were in a Black coat. And the background colors fit perfectly!
The white flecks could be considered snow, that is what I tended to protray them as, but there is that fatty big ass spot on the right that kind of goofs that up >.<
I made his nose redder than what I would normally do, because he is supposed to be out in the cold and we all know what our nose does in the cold XD But I am worried I made his nose, TOO red... I am in between the feelings of it is perfect and it is too much.
